Tel Proiect - network specialists
TEL PROIECT srl, a company with private Romanian capital, with over 30 years of experience (since 1995) in telecommunications networks and electrical networks up to 0.4 kV.
We are committed to raising the standard of design, permitting, construction, and maintenance services for fiber optic, copper, and structured data networks.
Since 2018, we have also specialized in turnkey construction and complete solutions for ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) Infrastructure during the construction or modernization of Highways, Airports, and Railways in Romania. Our portfolio already includes over 300 km of installed ITS networks on the A1 and A3 highways, the Cluj-Oradea and Alba Iulia – Arad railway corridors, as well as at the Cluj and Sibiu airports.
We deliver Know-how, Design, Materials and Equipment approved by beneficiaries, Construction-Installation, and 24/7 Maintenance.
What We Offer
We offer complete services: from design and consulting to permitting, execution, and maintenance [2][3]. We ensure network construction and maintenance, rapid intervention for fault clearance, and end-to-end project management. We also execute heavy specialized installations (underground crossings via directional drilling, excavation and asphalt restoration, HDPE and PVC monotube installations, construction of pulling chambers and intermediate concrete manholes, plinth casting and cabinet mounting, installation of composite, metallic, or wooden poles, asphalt sensors and inductive loops, gantries and VMSs, INFRA-type equipment, CCTV / PTZ surveillance, etc.).

We have implemented complex ITS, national Backbone / Trunk line, B2B, FTTH, FTTB, and FTTC projects, and we have contributed to the development of national networks for telecommunications operators. Our experience covers large-scale infrastructures as well as local or indoor networks.
